Our big group of 22 people were tired and sleepy. We arrived at margarita's very late in the evening. They called in a cook to cook for us. The rooms were clean, big enough, and had beautiful murals. We loved the location. Margarita's will not give you the regular customer service that many Americans are used to, don't expect it.... more
The hotel is very friendly. The rooms are clean if a little small (though you don’t go to Creel to stay in your room). The place is pleasantly rustic – certainly not a Best Western, but then it has much more character. Stayed 2 nights Sept 9/10. My husband and I have visited over 30 countries and this was the worst place we've ever stayed! Room was dirty, mold in shower. Meals are included but food was so bad, we ate all of our meals out. Booked a tour with 5 other people, that was suppose to be 4 hours/ box lunch... more
Our exchange group stayed there and really enjoyed the clean rooms, the excellent location, the friendly staff and the delicious home-cooked Mexican Cuisine. The courtyard is a nice area to relax and meet other guests. We met people from other states and countries. We recommend it. more
