We participated on a two day tour to Malanje, hosted by EcoTur. The Hotel Palacio Regina is supposed to be Malanje's finest; there aren't many choices. A double room cost $250 per night, including breakfast. Look, from the outside, the building looks lovely, painted in a soft yellow color. I stayed here for two nights over Easter as part of a three trip from Luanda to Kalandula Falls and Pedras Negras. It was very busy as many expats had the same idea.
