I booked this four star hotel thru Travelcity For a trip thru Italy only to be given what appears to be one star annex which they said was what Travelcity booked for us. They told us the main hotel was fully booked and we could not be upgraded. I advance for the hotel which left us in a bind to... More

Dear Sir, we are sorry about the misunderstanding with your room reservation. The fact that the "residence-type" rooms are located in an annex building also called "dependence" is clearly stated in the room name on travelocity website, and the very low price justifies this. But we do understand that sometimes it can be confusing. Anyways we are hardly working to... More

We stayed here for one night before embarking on a cruise. The shuttle picked us up from the airport on-time, for 5 euro each. The check-in was fast and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The "wellness area" is ok, nothing spectacular. Just a sauna, steam room, shower and a very small "gym" with 3 pieces of... More

The hotel is perfect, very lovely and rooms very well soundproofed. We travelled with children and we had a large room with two double beds. Breakfast was very plentiful and we also had a free access to hammam and sauna which was very relaxing after a huge visiting day walk in Venice. The hotel is nearest to a commercial area... More

A very nice hotel. Very clean. Brilliant breakfast. A little out from Venice but they do offer a shuttle bus and is near a local train station. Would revisit. More

I stayed in this hotel with five colleagues and we were all impressed by the standard of the hotel foyer and bedrooms. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious with a good bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities and mini bar were an added bonus. Breakfast was very plentiful, but quite unusual with mushroom vol au vents and carrots to choose from!... More

Everything is superb but a nightmare to get to and from Venice. The hotel has a shuttle but for a family of four it gets expensive! £40 there and back. Also the shuttle gets you back around 9.45pm too early. Getting the bus in and out of macron is impossible and a lotta waiting around. Stay in hotel ducal, one... More

Beautiful place, especially for the budget traveler who is not used to having fancy rooms! The hotel staff weren`t especially warm, but they were helpful. You can get to this hotel without a car from Venice if you take the train to the Gaggio Porte Est stop and walk for about 1km (not far at all) or apparently the hotel... More

This hotel was really nice. Very classy. I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay next to the airport. They do have an airport shuttle that runs to and from the hotel. The only problem I have with this is when I called to let the hotel know I was coming in and wanted to take the... More

Dear Guest, thanks for sharing your opinion on tripadvisor! We are sorry about the inconvinience with the shuttle from Venice Airport. We hereby confirm that our shuttle to/from the airport and downtown Venice is scheduled and requires reservation in advance. Price is 5 euros per person, per way. Sometimes we still suggest our guests to give us a call when... More

This hotel is beautiful. 10 minute drive to marco Polo airport. Offers shuttle service to airport and Venice. 5.00 per person advanced reservations. As said mall 2 blocks down.
