I lived here for 7 months between 2010-2011. The staff was good, Hotel is very nice in the common areas. Hotel lacks sufficient air conditioning and the widows can not be opened to cool the rooms. Laundry service and restaurants are over priced for the area. Our rooms were dated but very clean. They were upgrading and the re-furbished rooms...

I liked this hotel; especially this is one of the best in Kakegawa for Business travelers. Just 2 minute walk away from railway station which is connected to Tokyo by bullet trains.
Hotel is very clean and well presented with several facilities such as cafe, dining hall, banquet halls, and shop’s etc.
