I stayed in Canyon Cove overnight for business purpose. On my first day, since I arrived early from check in time, I had to wait first. I had to use the common restroom near the pool area and what greeted me is the uncleaned poop in the cubicle. It was disgusting! I almost puke on the sight of it. I... More

We visited last May 18 for overnight stay. We waited more than an hour to get our rooms available... They have nice pool for kids and most for adults since pool has 5ft depth only. We have a great experience taking photos underwater! It is good that we had a nice clear sky that day... May 19 at the morning,... More

It could have been an excellent resort since it is very near Manila. Facilities should be above average but Food is below average as well as service. The F and B staff don't look professional. I advise you to just go to town and eat at Jollibee or the other fast food outlets.

Our first visit at Canyon Cove was 2 years ago. Went back 2 weeks ago for a family reunion. The place was still the same. If you have been here before, no reason to go back. There are more cons than pros from reservation to check-in till check-out Cons Reservation: - did not receive any reply for email inquiry. -... More

i didnt get to stay here so i can't speak on behalf of the rooms. at first glance, it reminded me of a sandals hotel but smaller. right beside the property is a weird looking abandoned complex which looks somewhat scary. I stayed here for a few hours to make use of their facilities. the swimming facilities are clean and... More

Canyon Cove is in a very nice location. It took me about 3 hours to get there from Manila. It was a wonderful road trip coz we got pass by Tagaytay which is another awesome attraction especially to foreigners to have not seen yet the Taal volcano. the interiors of the rooms were nice. The bathroom though...reeks! We called housekeeping... More

The hotel is only 45 kilometers or 1 hour from Tagaytay. The rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Pros: Nice rooms and all have a balcony, free wifi in the public areas, affordable rate, check in and check out was really quick - even if the hotel is fully booked, i love the day beds in the room Cons:... Service is practically non-existent here. The water sports were on the expensive side. Still, we had a good time in the sun and the water. You can't bring food in which I respect, keeps the beach clean from adobo chicken bones hehehe. BUT they hardly have any choices to buy food from. The bar by the pool was closed at... More
