This place is just horrible. Their service was painfully slow and rude. I cannot overstate how bad their service is. The drinks and food were poor at best. The location is good, but beyond that this place sucks. This is a well located 1or 2 star hotel. more

The Hospitality was honestly bad from the very Entrance/Gate, moving on to the horrible Front Desk/Reception, the Food and the fact that they have a Public Beach is pretty bad. No privacy. On arrival to the resort we were met by a glass of sparkling wine. Upon check in we asked about getting a room upgrade. The front desk clerk (Antonio) was very pleasant and more than helpful.
