The situation was great and good views. The hotel was very clean and and especially the breakfast was very tasty and all from local suppliers. Bus stop outside for bus to Keswick and Cockermouth and the Cumbria coast. Near to Skiddaw and also Dodd where ospreys live. I cannot fault this place and the room had been decorated but I think it is overpriced as I said in my first review. Why do B and B's in the Lake District charge £80 per night when I stayed in the Hilton Warwick for £70 and Hilton East Midlands Deluxe room £110 for 2 nights? More
