Both the facilities and location of the hotel is good, as expected.
The service, however, is extremely poor based on 2 stays here (this is the review of the last stay). The apartment was ready more than 2 hours later than agreed, and no food, snack etc was offered by the hotel when waiting in a crowded and busy area...
