Points of Interest

1. Ventilation Pipe

At the intersection of Bagley Seam and Wildside, you can see a tall pipe coming from the ground. It is used to vent the gases the accumulate in the mine shafts below.

2. Wildside Trailhead Marker

This is the beginning to the Bagley Seam Trail, accessed from the Wildside Trail.

3. Coal Seam

The seam can be difficult to located, especially in fall when there are many leaves on the ground. About half way down the trail you will come to a fallen tree and have to cross its stump. At the stump look to your right and you will see the Bagley Seam.

4. Red Town Trailhead Marker

This is the beginning to the trail from the Red Town Trail. If you want to continue on to see more of the areas mining area, I suggest starting from this point.
