Tips:  The preserve is found just south of Hillsboro on Hwy 219. It will be on your left side if coming from Hillsboro and parking is free.

1. Parking

There is a large parking lot and it is free. It might get busy on weekends. From here follow the trail signs to start your exploring. Everything is very well marked so getting lost is not a worry here.

Here are some wonderful trails around a garden area named after a man who was passionate about efforts to revitalize this area.

3. Views from the Preserve

There are many different trails you can around the preserve. Here are some photos of the wildlife you may see, as well as a photo of Mt. Hood which can be seen on a clear day over the wetlands.
