  • 2. Kodaikanal

  • 3. Coorg
    Coorg, Karnataka

Coorg is aptly called scotland of india. Beautiful coffee plantations, the greenery, rivers with crystal clear water make coorg a perfect weekend getaway. It's a great place to be in any season. Make sure that you use a homestay, instead of a hotel.

    Kalpetta, Wayanad District

Wayanad is another great place to beat the summer. It's around 2 hours journey from kozhikode or from ooty. The greenery and the moutains make a very beautiful sight.
