We stopped for lunch on another island and were able to do things we otherwise would not have experienced. Skipper fixed yellow fin sashimi for us after we got back from a days fishing, and it was outstanding. The Carolina Gentlemen is a modern, up to date sport fishing yacht, and is kept immaculate with all the modern gear and conveniences.
