Vernyoga is owned and run by Vernette Butler who is an experienced life and fitness coach, that provides 1-2-1 yoga tuition, classes and yoga therapy (tailored session to the individual taking all health and lifestyle factors into acccount), Usui Reiki, massage therapies, ear candling, breath therapy, relaxation therapies, personal fitness training and counselling. Vernette has three popular classes held in Weybridge on Monday 7.30pm, Thursday 10.30am, Thursday 7.30pm. Four classes in Chertsey on Tuesday 6.45pm, Wednesday 9.30am and Friday 10.30am Legs, Bums and Tums class and Saturday 12.30pm.1-2-1 yoga sessions and therapies are held at Spring Laser Clinics Therapy Room in Chertsey on Tuesdays and Fridays strictly by appointment only.Vernette is a Member of: Federation of Holistic Therapists, Sherwood Foundation Therapy Register (SFTR), The International Society for Mental Health Online (MISMHO), British School Of Yoga (MBSY), British Wheel of Yoga (MBWY), is a preferred Yoga Teacher on Health and Yoga. Com and has written articles for Yoga (UK), Yoga and Health, Yoga Abode, Natural Health and Postive Health Online.Vernyoga offers personal yoga and fitness training, classes and complementary therapies, which are competitive in price to make it available to everyone.
