There are "long" and "short" routes through the site, but even the long route is an easy walk for any reasonably fit person and shouldn't take more than an hour.   "We did not have time (or energy) to take the hike, but it was lovely to look at from high above in the town. The town is tiny but charming and, again, so different looking from other ancient French villages of the area. Do take this detour."
