This was our first horse riding holiday abroad and when we made the booking, we didn't quite know what to expect and it turned out to be such a lovely experience! The horses at La Fiaba were tame and easy to manage (and..." that's coming from someone who's a coward rider). We went on a half day trail ride with Sharon and also took a number of lessons from her. Wilma and Blondina were a delight to ride (why can't we have horses like these back home??). They would merrily walk / trot along and listen to what you wanted them to do. I had a very successful lesson with Sharon and Blondina where I was able to get Blondina to navigate a few courses in the paddock and walk and trot on command. Sharon is a really good instructor - she took one look at my riding and was able to figure out why I was having the problems I was having riding and we set about to fix them.
