Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, forever home for endangered big cats, and to educate the public about their plight in the wild and captivity. We do not breed, sell, or trade any of our animals. Our current residents include tigers, lions, cougars, leopards, bobcats, arctic foxes, and coatimundis (the last two are “honorary cats”). We are only open on select days, so please see our website for hours of operation!

"I have been to the Catty Shack before, but never for an evening feeding. Our church went as a family outing on a Saturday evening. The big cats(many tigers, some lions and other wild animals) are well cared for. Each has a story, which is heard during the tour. The tour lasts about 45 minutes. Then ..."there is time to walk around on your own. The feeding starts about 30 minutes after the tour. The owner of the sanctuary actually goes into the cages with some of the tigers. This place is well worth the price of admission. I have been several times before, and will go again. It is a great place to take out of town visitors. I highly recommend it.

"Coming from Minnesota, it was really fun to visit a zoo in Florida - and we were able to use our Minnesota zoo pass for a significant discount! The outside enclosures and different species of animals were fun to experience. The kangaroos and the hands-on bird encounter were cool. It's also a fairly ..."small zoo so it can be easily toured in an afternoon. We visited the zoo a few hours before we had to be at the airport and we were pleasantly surprised when Delta airlines texted us with a flight delay - it gave us another hour to pet stingrays!

"Visited while at "Dancing In The Streets" music festival. Allot of music and dancing. Some crafts and allot of people. Fun time and very friendly crowds. Streets are easy to navigate too."
