The Mary Baker Eddy Library's mission is to "provide public access and context to original materials and educational experiences about Mary Baker Eddy’s life, ideas, and achievements." This unique library/museum promotes exploration and scholarship through its collections and exhibits, and community interaction and partnership through varied programs and events every year including "Opening Our Doors" and "First Night Boston".The Library is housed in an 11-story, neoclassical style building and is the home of the world-famous Mapparium.
