North Beach i..."s great for children because the slope of the shore is so gradual that children can go as far as 100 yards into the water while still standing up. East Beach has a nice grassy picnic area. Both of these beaches can fill up fast on holiday weekends. Cisco beach on the Utah side has a rocky shore and a cliff that drops straight down a few feet into the water. Garden City has a city beach and there are several other private beaches all around the lake. Great place for boating in August and the latter part of July.
