Quickly after providing our details we complete the necessary forms (for health and safety) and we were shown to our lockers - which can I add were extremely clean. After changing into my swimwear I headed to the Hydrotherapy pool. I can honestly say this was an amazing pool, there were different sections within the hydrotherapy pool; one allowed you to float, another acted like a jacuzzi, there were also huge water pipes that shoot out water which is amazing if you have any back pains. The water as extremely warm and relaxing. We were also fortunate to try the Heat and Ice experience which included sauna, solarium, steam room, crystal steam room, heated tiled beds, hot seats, pl...
