Bedroom was OK, bathroom bit small and the glass door to the bathroom is not practical especially if I brought my young family with me another time. Bed was comfortable. Limited noise from the corridor although other members of our group experienced otherwise. Reception staff very efficient and very helpful. Plus, wonderful to see the hotel staffed by local people, including cleaning staff who were also always very polite. We went wit..."h the living social deal so we had chocolate dipped treats put in our rooms, only dark chocolate (which I don't like, could be milk aswell) but everyone likes different things. Not much thought it was going to be lots but only had 5 things if that. Room was lovely, had a brilliant view we stayed in 212, clean room, clean bathroom etc. pool and gym are brilliant, and we also had a back neck and shoulder massage and a full body exfoliation, staff were lovely, however we did ask for a double room so we could have our treatments together and they didn't have any available which wasn't good.   "On arrival bottle of wine and chocolate dips in room. Room was beautiful and very clean. The food was delicious. Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room after a complimentary facial included in our package. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was amazing. Nice and realxing."
