For years local bistros and restaurants have been using Muranda Cow Cheese for years.
Some of the best regional cow cheese is made right in Waterloo..
If you cannot get there you can find their prod..."uct in just about any market in the region.
Bel Ceillo, Aged British Cheddar and Muranda Blue should not be passed up.

Good variety of stores and well worth driving the extra miles and the people of Waterloo/ Seneca Falls our some of the friendliest you will have the pleasure of meeting."
"We spent an enjoyable (if tiring) day at the Waterloo Premium Outlets. The bargains to be had were quite good for the most part although some stores appeared to have the majority of their stock at regular mall prices. Selection and sizes were quite good and I would recommend heading to the bargain..."/discount racks in each store for further deals. The outlet is huge though and it would be difficult to visit the entire outlet in a single day (if you wish to stop at every store or even most).
The VIP coupon book (available from the information desk for $5 of if you are a CAA member) was well worth it (we recouped the $5 fee at the first store).
We were somewhat disappointed at the very limited food choices although we were pleased with a tiny restaurant that was attached to one of the stores (the name escapes me at the moment but it's the only non-food court restaurant that we saw) where we had dinner.
