"My friends and I really enjoyed the Mangia tour. Our guide, Pat, was very knowledgeable, and had a friendly, open way about her. It was a lot of walking, but we were rewarded at each stop with something delicious to eat. Our group was large and contained 2 kids who were very well behaved but I wo..."uld hesitate myself to bring young children as its a long afternoon as I said, a lot of walking. I especially enjoyed Lisa's as the owner(s) were very friendly and did a demo for us. I also wish there was more time to get the roast beef and mozz sandwich that everyone raved about at Fiores. All of the food and drinks were spectacular and we also learned a lot about Hoboken at the same time. I don't know if I would want to take the tour on a rainy or very cold day, but we lucked out with a gorgeous spring afternoon.

"What a nice TASTE OF HOBOKEN!
Maybe we are getting old..We are not into the city life, the drive into the city,etc... but this WAS ENJOYABLE/Worth the trek in! It started at the PATH so take public transportation if you can.
From the history through the walking food tour. I wouldn't say I was stu..."ffed but it was nice heavy day of (FRESH from the source) appetizers and you may want to check out one of the MANY restaurant choices later in the day (Good Luck making a choice! Trip Advisor could help!)
Many places are small so depending on your group size you may take turns filing in.. BUT you will all get your food samples!
HOBOKEN...Truly a place to socialize
I would suggest you watch "On The Waterfront" before you go. It will all come together.

You may play some Sinatra on your entertainment system on your way home!

"Totally worth the money. The tour does include a lot of walking but there is an opportunity to stop and rest at each stop. Lot's of great samples, you won't walk away hungry. We did encounter quite a rain and thunderstorm but the guide did provided an opportunity for coverage, AP grocers. This w..."as my first time to Hoboken, nice town but even nicer was to learn about Frank Sinatra, and eat along the way. Carlos Bakery, long lines and less impressive than what we see on TV, but still a great stop on the tour.
