- Free KarmaIllinois25 contributionsRegardless of the chosen method to exercise, this is the place that offers a variety of exercise options. Most of trail is concrete, a small portion is dirt/gravel. I always see deer/wildlife. Recommend.

He flew a plan called The Spirit of St Louis across the Atlantic Ocean before anyone else ever did in the early 1900s. There is a plane inside one of these hangers that was flown by Charles Limbourg well before his famous Atlantic flight. The plane is from the 1920s and it was flown by Charles Limbourg and how cool is that. There is also the original model of the Spirit of St Louis plane in the same hanger. You can walk up to these relics and touch them. I thought that was so cool, most museums don't let you even get within arms reach, this place is up close and personal with aviation history. The cost to tour is $10 and it's only open on Saturdays and Sundays 10AM to 4PM. I would suggest not bringing little kids because the planes are side by side and kids don't listen very well and will most likely hit their heads on a wing or propeller. Bring your somewhat mature children, they don't want accidents. Other than that enjoy it while it's still around, this is truly a hidden gem.Written 6 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JMCSTLSaint Louis, MO6,001 contributionsWhile our son & daughter-in-law & their friends give a round of 2 thumbs up to Six Mile Bridge brewed products, my wife & I appreciate their food just as much. The menu has a wide variety of apps & sandwiches & bowls & salads & sides & even a kids menu (with "The Good Dog Special" tagged on for your pooch to enjoy when you sit out front). SMB has one of the best smash burgers around town (4 to choose from); very good chicken sandwiches (my fave is the "Lambert International"); excellent warm pretzel bites (with very flavorful pepper jack queso and Irish red ale mustard); and their salt & pepper fries and mac 'n' cheese always compete for my Sides choice.
Order at the inside counter next to the bar, choose a seating spot indoors or along the sidewalk (where my wife & I settle in for our dining in good weather), and your meals and/or brews will be delivered to you. Service is always friendly & attentive. Six Mile Bridge has earned a "Hidden Gem" status, whether it's for the brews or for the eats or one (or more) of each.Written 2 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are many gaming options with a variety of slot and video poker machines. Most of the public areas and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There were not many dining options during our mid-day Thursday visit, but we did find a meal that was good at the sports bar.Written 19 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - chelle594Saint Louis, MO492 contributionsNew facility that is state of the art and so very nice and clean making it a pleasure to watch hockey practice, skate a bit or if in season catch a concert. They have refreshments available and also a small gift/hockey shop on site.Written 14 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - steve vJonesboro, AR43 contributionsMy wife and I attended the Bret Michael's concert on July 28th and had a blast. The venue is well laid out with lots of concessions options and also various upgrades are offered which allow you to cool off. We stay at a nearby Homewood Suites and are walking distance to the venue since traffic looks as if it could be a problem. Our 2nd time to visit the Amphitheatre and I'm sure we'll be back next year.Written 2 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Vivek GHyderabad, India942 contributionsI drove about 30 miles to this course and was very happy I did. The course itself was build on a old stone quarry. You will change elevation very frequently. You will hit up a hill and down a hill. You need good iron game. The views are terrific. Prices are little expensive for the area.Written 6 November 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
