As a local course it was a delight to play, the condition was very good with a lot of variety within all the holes, some with doglegs across the corner of lakes, ..."a number of holes have substancial elevation changes. The course is quite open in places but with the number of lakes and strategically placed bunkers still make it a really good test. Very friendly and helpful staff, so much so my friend had a hole in one on the 16th hole and when we told the Professional, he took all his details and posted to the UK the cutting from the newspaper when it was printed.   "Just over the state line is a classy, hilled golf course. It's a very well done and challenging course (moreso on the front nine IMO). Greens fees are reasonable (I think it was around $35 last I was there) and it offers the best driving range in the Memphis area. "
