The Beach Theatre is an independent, one-screen movie theatre that plays new, independent, foreign, cult classics and family movies! We serve more than 30 varieties of wine and beer and have the cheapest tickets around at 5-7 dollars! Built in 1939, you get a taste of the golden era of movies with every ticket! While the theatre is reminiscent of the good old days, our movies are shown on a digital, high-definition projector (when possible; some films only come on "film") and we have Dolby Digital Surround Sound! The Beach Theatre seats approximately 246 people and we have a large stage in the front of the theatre, which allows for special events, such as live bands and acts like "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" performed with a live cast here on Saturday nights at 11:30pm!
