The museum holds the largest display of American clocks and watches in the world! A special exhibit for 2012 entitled "TV, War & Cinderella" (opens April 14) celebrates some local and national events of the early 1950s and their impact on the clock and watch industry. 2012 marks the 60th anniversary of the museum as a cultural destination in Connecticut. Located in the historic "Federal Hill" district of Bristol, the museum is housed in an 1801 home with an authentic American sundial garden. The museum gift shop has a wide variety of horological and mechanical products. The museum is open April 14 to December 2, 2012, from 10-5 daily.
