We have 99% of clients standing up on their first few waves, and if not the first few, then a few times at least by the end of the lesson. Specializing in adults and kids first time beginner surf lessons. All your equipment, soft surfboard and wetsuit, is included for free. Licensed, city permitted, fully insured. Encinitas, Leucadia, serving areas from Oceanside to Del Mar, in San Diego, California. Now going on our 11th year in operation. Owner/head instructor surfing since the 1960s in San Diego.

Thanks to our mild climate, plants from all over the world thrive here. Our diverse topography provides a variety of microclimates giving the visitor a sensation of going from a desert environment to a tropical rainforest, all within 37 acres.Located 30 minutes north of San Diego in Encinitas, California, San Diego Botanic Garden features numerous exhibits, including rare bamboo groves, desert gardens, a tropical rainforest, California native plants, Mediterranean climate landscapes, succulent gardens, an herb garden, firesafe landscaping, a subtropical fruit garden, and native coastal sage natural areas. In June of 2009, we opened the Hamilton Children's Garden, the largest interactive children's garden on the West Coast.

We specialize in providing the highest standard of professional surf instruction. Our emphasis is always on safety as we work with students to learn basic surfing fundamentals and proper surfing techniques. We also teach our students about proper surfing etiquette so they can understand the flow and rhythm of a surfing lineup. We teach all levels of surfing from the very beginner up to the advanced competitive surfer. Each lesson or program is custom designed for the individual or group.
