"Fabulous experience. Stunning views throughout a strenuous walk and well worth the effort to get all the way to the top and visit the monastery which is also very interesting. Still can't imagine how they constructed it! Don't take the mules or horses unless you really need to, even our guide sugg..."ested it was not that safe. "As a girl lack of exercise, to hike Tiger's Nest was a challenge for me. It was so high when I looked up when I began to hike it. It just looked like the holy shrine hanging on the high mountain and is hard to touch. I chose ridding horse to ascent to the mountain. The horse's name is Dorjila, I gue..."ss it is a boy. Dorjila was not happy, he stopped a lot and was not willing to continue to go. The horseman kept pulling him and asked him to go. I felt sad when I saw the horse was not happy to do this, I felt like I was torturing the horse and horseman. Then I got off from the horse and hiked to the rest, but I didn't ask for any refund. I considered it as the signal from the Bhudda- You have to walk and experience difficulty before you see the temple and Bhudda. I believed it was true when I finally arrived at the temple.
