"Selangor's highest peak, 1492m, ranking 5th toughest hiking in Malaysia. It's a good training ground for beginner, you have to really try it and feel it, but just don't under-estimated. It would be very easy if you are good in fitness for both strength and endurance, otherwise it would be a hell to ..."you. From kem lolo to kem pacat, there is a hike about one hour non-stop cardio, uphill hiking, i like it very much. You won't understand what is cardio training until you really experience yourself in this stage, one hour non stop cardio, i'm loving it.

"I was there with my family (kids aged 10, 8, and 4) and I must say that my 10 and 8 enjoyed the experience a lot. There isn't much for the 4 yo unfortunately.
Most stations have a minimum age of 4 and the popular ones you might need to queue for around 10-30 minutes or so. We went during a Frid..."ay and the queue was acceptable at most stations. The one with the longest queue is Firemen so make sure you make it a first stop if you go in early when the session starts.
My kids were particularly impressed with Firemen, Surgeon, Lawyer, Cashier, CSI and Postmen. Less impressed with Policemen, Pilot and Electrician. Of course, we did not manage to cover all stations and my kids are already talking about the next visit in a few months !!!
Overall I rate this theme park very highly as compared to the other theme parks like Disneyland (Tokyo and Hongkong), Universal Studio (Singapore) and Legoland (Malaysia) which I visited in the last few years.
Of course, I recommend it for kid...

"This is a great shopping Centre with a huge variety of choices for the avid shopper. The food choices are also plentiful. Only downside are the taxis when leaving. You can book a taxi at the counter at the entrance but their prices are way to high compared to the meter."
