Things to do in Seremban - Tourist Places in Seremban
"There's two entrance to climb Gunung Angsi. One is from Bukit Putus (2-3hrs) & another from Ulu Bendul waterfall (3-4). We choose to climb from Bukit Putus. We depart from 8.30 at the entrance at Bukit Putus. Need to pay RM 5.00 & put your name at the entrance. It is collected by Forestry representa..."tive.
The 1st few 100 meters was quite challenging. The trail is 70-80 degree steep. For a start its quite hard. But after sometime the trail relax a bit untill near to the top. The trail have several ways to go up. So better be carefull & find the right direction. We just follow the signboard or arrow.
There's a lot of flaura & fauna on the way. Manage to get some nice pictures. No water source all the way to the top. So better be ready with your drinks.
We manage to reach the top around 10.00 am & some 10.30 & get down around 12.30 to 1.00 .Overall the trail is not so hard to conquer compared to other places. But its quite interesting trail.
There's only 2 spot where you'll ...

"The Cultural Complex was very interesting - There are two smaller buildings in traditional style which have been restored, plus the main building where there was an exhibition of old Kris (daggers). Also information on prehistoric sites in Malaysia. It was not too large, an ideal stopover for an hou..."r. The special exhibition cost RM3 per adult.

"I hike up Angsi from Ulu Bendul park. Ulu Bendul is a recreation side by the river at the foot of Angsi.
The office open at 9am and all visitor who want to hike up Angsi need to register here with payment of RM5. If you feel you need a guide, they can help you. But, a guide is not necessary here...."
We took around 3-4 hours going up to the peak. The track is challenging but the reason of the long journey is because we stopped by many times at the river, waterfall to take photos and short break. 2-3 hours is enough for a moderate hiker.
Peak of Angsi is nothing more than a small grass field for relaxing. We stayed there around an hour to rest and had some food there before going down. The journey downhill took us 2 hour.
