  "Excellent day trip from Pattaya. The place is very close to Ban khai near Rayong city.the entry fee is 450 thb for foreign tourists n 300 thb for locals. A tram takes you around a fruit garden full of exotic tropical fruits like durians, mangoes, jack fruits,mangoes, rambutans,mangostien, grapes n o..."ther plants like hydrophonics, rubber trees, orchids etc. It also has its own bee farm where one can buy honey! The best part is the all you can eat fruit and som tam ( papaya salad) served at 2 stops during the 2 hour ride. A guide explains the fruits and plants in the garden.   "This is such a great place, particularly if you love fruit. My wife and I went on a day trip from Bangkok - about 2 1/2 hours each way in a rented car. (Car was 3000 THB from our hotel.) It's just a gigantic celebration of fruit. You pay 450THB as a foreigner to get in, and that gets you a tram r..."ide around the orchard and an all-you-can eat fruit buffet, as well as a similar custom-made green papaya salad buffet. The fruit buffet is a dream. You just walk up to the tables, and they have mangosteens, pineapple, papaya, pomelo, snake fruit, rambutans, lanzones, mango that you just take and eat. There's a separate Durian buffet. There's also santols that fall off the trees that you can just pick up and eat - not sure why they didn't serve them.
