3 tours currently available, Tour 1 Beginners/Families, Tour 2 Adventurers/Waterfall & Tour 3 All Day tour which is both the former tours with free lunch. Tour 1 spends more time driving but it is easy tracks/roads, Tour 2 takes in forests and is 100% off-road with a stunning swimming/diving waterfall as the destination. All our tours are suitable for families with young children right up to 70 year olds. There is a 10 minute trek through the jungle on the Adventure/Waterfall tour, as long as you can walk up hill for 10 minutes or so, you will be fine, it's nothing too strenuous. For more details check our website. We normally collect from your hotel twice a day, and often at a time to suit you, so why not give us a go? We're not rated so highly for no reason! We are both eco friendly and philanthropic, our primary aim is to improve the lives of one of the last unspoiled Hill Tribe villages in the province and by being a customer you are helping us to help them.

Doi Mae Salong is a primarily Chinese community that offers a variety of activities. Visitors can take in a morning market, tour General Tuan's Tomb, go to a memorial museum and take in tea tastings while visiting the village.

"I personally enjoyed this.small museum. It felt like it was really supporting the people and with cabbages and condoms restaraunt downstairs as well. (Not as good as the one in Bangkok but the same principle so I always support). Wish we'd gone on day one and booked our tours through the museum but..." maybe others will look first. Definately go if you plan a trip to a village.

"Beautifull Buudhist Temple. Seems like there is no "near in the future" end to the construction of this Buddhist Marvel. Best to be visited when the sun is out. Not too far out of town. About 200 baht, two way. Don't leave without a reprint of any of the artist's paintings. Worth paying a visit when..." in Chiang Rai.

"We were in awe once we stepped out of our transport and saw this temple in full white, gleaming in the sun.
The design shouts creative, the paintings in the temple somewhat quirky (spot the various characters on the wall) and the fact that it's not even half done but its so amazing is breath tak..."ing. Would definitely look forward to revisit this place again.
