"Being in Coober Pedy on a Sunday morning, our family decided to attend the morning service at the Catacomb Church. We found everyone very welcoming and friendly. The service was engaging and the teaching was excellent. We enjoyed chatting to everyone over morning tea in the middle of the service..."! Afterwards Geoff and Tracey showed us around the church and their underground facilities. It was a very enjoyable morning.

"There's not much for free these days so it was a delight to find the refuge just in time for feeding. We were introduced to the gorgeous kangaroos and were able to feed them some snacks before spending time with the latest arrival, a little 4 month old who's mum had been killed on the highway. It ..."is always a treat to be able to interact with a wild animal and the kangaroos seemed to enjoy the attention of those of us at the feeding time. Thanks to all those at the refuge for the wonderful work they do.

"Wayne was accommodating to our holiday requests right from the minute I rang to make enquiries. He made stops to keep the teenagers interested and went out of his way to make sure that we had all the photo opportunities we wanted.
With his local knowledge of the area we saw and learnt far more than..." we would have ever done trying to do the trip to Lake Eyre on our own. He wasn't stringent with the itinerary and was more than happy to variate based on things we saw or mentioned along the way. His love of the local area and passion for sharing what Coober Pedy and surrounds has to offer is infectious.
Anyone that can have teenagers unplugged from technology, interested and not complaining has to be a bit of a miracle worker!
