"If you're in Calais then definitely add this place to your "must visit" list.
The staff are great, speak good English but also encourage you to "have a go" with your French.
The cheeses are superb (not tried the wine!), and priced reasonably too. There's the traditional soft cheeses here but ..."also a good selection of harder cheeses for those who prefer the harder style (I do!).
Recommend trying the Pyrenees cheese as it's great, kind of a cross between Edam and Cheddar but nicer than either.
