  "We went to Colchester Zoo and had a brilliant day out with our 4 years old grandaughter. We arrived early and although it was a cold day it managed to keep fine. There was plenty to see we spent 5 hours just walking around,and catered for all ages/ It is pram and wheelchair friendly. There were..." plenty of play parks for the kids. We exchanged Tesco clubcard vouchers before we went, Loads of places to purchase food and Drink. They even catered for those who took their own picnics, with plenty . Children are able to feed the elephants, giraffes. Walkways where you can walk round where the goats, wallaby's are etc. Plenty of places undercover if it happened to rain.   "This is well worth a visit if you have children. Lovely and big and plenty for the children to see. They have some playgrounds aswell if the kids want to let off some steam. It's quite pricey to get in however it's well worth it as it's a lovely zoo. "
