  "We drove here one snowy, dreary Sunday afternoon in January. Hoping it would be open. It was! We couldn't see much of the scenary, because of the weather, but what we did see was extraordinary. This museum is located on the island of Tjörn, north of Göteborg, and it is way out west! Way out! Alm..."ost were land stops and the North Sea takes control. When we were there they had a winter exhibition, nothing remarkably apart from two watercolours by Lars Lerin. These two were worth the round trip we took when driving home from Oslo! However, you can look at watercolours at many places, here it is the museum, the building and its surroundings. We wanted to have lunch here, and the restaurant really looked amazing, with views across the small islands and the fog, snow and wind driving in almost inside the building. However, being afraid to be snowed in we decided to head back south as we had more than 3 hrs to drive. We will come again and try to stay longer... One amazing thing, as... " More >
