  "This was the only prehistoric site we had the chance to visit (no car, but we bagged a lift with my partners family!), and was absolutely worth it. We visited in Spring and the site was set amidst a bucolic paradise, with clover underfoot and thousands of bees creating a soothing soundtrack. The..." site cost four euros to visit and we were given an english language guide leaflet. Unfortunately were no detailled english books about the site. The site is very well labelled with interesting signs by each point of interest, but there is freedom to just explore and enjoy the structures. Not wheelchair friendly or good for those with mobility issues (I have a bad knee and found it quite hard going). We found the site very atmospheric and it gave a good feel of historic Menorca and we found the outdoor setting stimulating and idyllic. In my opinion worth much more than a museum trip.
