"Visited on a lovely sunny day whilst there was a country fair being held, this included traction engines, jazz band, games and activities for all ages.
Made for a very pleasant day, might have been very different if the weather had been poor.
The house itself was very interesting too.
Cafe was good ..."although a bit on the pricey side.
Excellent maze and children's assault course near the entrance to the site which went down very well with the whole family.

"Came for a private family potters wheel experience for all 4 of the family and Jon took his time to explain all the things that need done to spin a pot. We had lots of fun, getting slightly muddy in the process, and after the event was finished, a few weeks later our pots all arrived and looked grea..."t. Well done to Jon and team. There are probably pictures somewhere of us all having a laugh, and another thing experienced that had never been done before. Keep up the good work.
