"Great opportunity to see Chester without getting lost, there are some good information points and interesting architecture to see. Well worth it on a clear day - plus it's free!"
"Nice walking by the groves to the suspension bridge and get and ice-cream.
Lovely but crowded on weekends.
Is fun to see the tide going in and out, lots of wild life... but please dont feed the seagulls, they are are awful!!!.
Feeding the ducks and swangs."
"I absolutely love this farm, there is a vast array of ice creams to choose from, everyone (who likes ice cream) will come out satisfied. There are plenty of activities for children to do, and some farm animals to look at (including Alpacas) which make it a very fun day out. You can also buy ice crea..."m to take home, they don't have as many as they have in store to eat on the day, but there are many of the most popular ones so I'm sure you can find one you like. It is a little bit expensive, but definitely worth it.
The only fault that slightly annoyed me is that they do not allow picnics. We had brought sandwiches because we had travelled quite a long distance and planned to have ice cream for a dessert/treat. I think they might sell sandwiches (at a price!), but we did not know this and brought our own. We then had to sit in the (very hot) car eating our lunch because they wouldn't let us take them in. I don't really understand why because it didn't stop us from buying ice cream!
