  "Today we took our 5 year old grandson. What a lovely afternoon which was made even more special by Pete's personal touch. As soon as we entered the Butterfly house he dropped what he was doing and came over to greet us. He then spent a good 45 minutes showing us the different stages of the catterpil..."lers,cacoons etc We found this all very interesting, he is great with the children and makes your visit really special. It was also nice to just sit on the bench and watch all of the butterflies, sit still for a while and you will soon find a butterfly on your head or on your shoulder. A lovely place to go on a wet day and feel like you are in the tropics, a reasonable price which will make you want to return. We wish Pete and his wife good luck with their new venture, a lovely couple who make their visitors feel very welcome. We will be back soon with our grandaughter. " More >
