Meeting point for all our activities is VENICE. The local women of Veneto will share their techniques, special ingredients, and family recipes. Our classes are ideal for cooks at all experience levels. And you'll join them "a tavola" to enjoy what you've prepared.Programs are offered from March to November. Our daily classes begin at 10:30 and end at around 2:00, including lunch with d.o.c. Italian wines. In the afternoon, you can explore the art, culture and gastronomy of Veneto taking part to our scheduled excursions. For wine and food lovers, we offer many other activities such: Guided tour to the CHIOGGIA FISH MARKET, Salami tasting tour near FERRARA, wine tour to the VALPOLICELLA are, to the PROSECCO land near TREVISO, to the EUGANEAN HILLS near Padua.
