What travellers are saying
- kweldon61Armada, MI186 contributionsVery short boat trip, you could easily rent a kayak if you were inclined. You can see most of it from the Office Pub area. Has acouple beaches you could drop off at and a big rock the Sea Lions perch on. You could ride right next to them. Also grab some bread for the tropical Fish in that area!Written 21 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christopher G3 contributionsWhere do I even start. The animal sanctuary was so cool. Very interactive and the guide keeps us more hands on. The birds are the highlight of the animal sanctuary. Secondly, the ATV and UTV rides. Were AMAZING, our guide Richard was the best tour guide I’ve ever had for any tour. He loves his job and makes sure to share that love with you. He took very good care of us and let us push the ATV and UTV to its limit. Best UTV and ATV ever tour ever. The zip lines were so cool. With 3 zip lines. One crazier after the last. Beware it’s a lot of walking. From zip line to zip line. The canal ride is short but honestly it was good. They keep the ride short keeping the camal’s health in mind. And gave us a show after, filled with amazing memories. We ended our day with the swing. I say it’s a must do. They kept it safe and made sure you felt safe at the same time. I forgot my screw to attach my go pro and they let me borrow theirs and made sure I had everything I needed to capture my videos. The photos and videos they took were so good. Super fun overall, worth every penny.
Tips: we got the day pass so we were able to do everything in the park except the horseback riding. The park was not busy at all, so it’s doable to get to every activity in a day. The restaurants there are good and not expensive. If you want to use your go pro you must pay $30 to use. They offer renting of go pro if you would like. If you want individual pictures it’s $25 each or $110 for all. Very expensive but my girlfriend couldn’t pass out on the amazing shots they took. They picked us up and dropped us off to our hotel. The ATV and UTV gets very dirty quick so wear clothes appropriately. You will be under the sun a lot. Keep that mind.Written 3 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Lots of locals so it feels less touristy but bring water and snacks as absolutely nothing available thereWritten 25 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dansker58San Francisco, CA438 contributionsGreat place to walk and enjoy the atmosphere. The sand is soft. Lots of easy access to the beach. There are lots of restaurants on the beach offering shade and great views. Ther are a lot of vendors walking by but if this annoys you best not to engage. Chairs can also be rented for a beach experience. Very clean.Written 12 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - cannonaterSalt Lake City, UT1,563 contributionsOf all the action… many food choices and options are available as you stroll the marina and people watch. Probably take 30 minutes to walk the whole place. Lots of beautiful boats.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - martitaCalifornia4 contributionsIt was a good experience visiting playa del amor (love’s beach) but it is only good for a couple hours at most and for taking some pictures, there is really not much to do there i could call it a short and sweet experienceWritten 3 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tinaNtravelSan Jose, CA2,011 contributionsThis beach is in a cove about 20 minutes north of Cabo. We took an Uber. The beach has a bathroom and an outside shower to rinse off, near the parking lot. Bring shoes, as the beach is very large/long and is mostly a rock/pebble beach. Near and in the water is soft sand rather than rocks. It seems this is a place for boats from Cabo to stop – as when we first arrived, 4-5 boats were anchored offshore. There are also a couple of hotels in the area with seats on the beach for their guests. A few of us went snorkeling near the rocks on the side of the cove and it was fantastic. In addition to a lot of fish, they saw a manta ray and a Morey eel. We left in the evening – and I was wondering how long we would have to wait for an Uber ride back to Cabo. To my surprise an Uber was there in 1 minute.Written 16 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LightPacker389592San Antonio, TX46 contributionsWay better than I expected! Easy hike , rewarded w spectacular views. You can definitely go as a family- lots kids maybe 8-10 and up. Plenty of time to soak in the views at the top. The guide is quirky, passionate and lays out the rules clearly at the beginning.
No advantage getting there early. 15-20$ 30 min Uber from nobu. Rec los claros for lunch at the marina- delicious ! Go on this hike!Written 23 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bill D2 contributionsSuch a spectacular place to experience, though be very cautious of the waves as they can be very dangerous. The guys on the beach are very helpful to get you and off the boats!Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Veronica J11 contributionsAlthough the service was mostly in Spanish, which is expected I enjoyed the experience. What I didn’t like was the guy who approached myself and my husband with a side note (literally) about his wife needing help. He didn’t address anyone else but us because we were the only black American in the church. That was a complete turn off but I gave anyway because of who I am. Just didn’t like feeling like we were played on because we were visiting. Definitely not Christian like! This entire city is full of beggars, it’s hard to enjoy yourself with everyone coming to you with something. Such a turn off!!Written 2 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
