I was covered in moquito and flea bites and the hosts at LaLoLi gave me homeopathic remedies to help ease my pain/itching/reaction which I found incredibly comforting. Anything I needed, they assisted me with (and I mean everything!) It felt like family, and I hope to return to the property sometime again soon.   "Brigitte makes it happen"
  "I followed a 5 day retreat with Brigitte in 2008. It was located in another setting then, but the content is probably still the same. Luckily so! I was a beginner at yoga and meditation and had never done pranayama. Actually, I was a bit afraid I would enter a world of "goat whool sock" type people...". The morning started early, in silence, with an hour long meditation which was slightly guided by Brigitte. It felt so at ease I had no trouble sitting for an hour. After that, the second hour she guided a pranayama session. Then we had a really healthy and tasty breakfast with muesli and fruits before we went on with our yoga session. The back mitra again was new to me, and although difficult and a bit painful at first, really lengthened and straightened out my back! Amazing!! Brigitte is very knowledgable & patient, she sends out a pleasant energy and made me feel at ease. On top of that, our group went on a trip by boat to see whales. A lot of fun. Brigitte increased our awareness of every muscle in our bodies and how they relate to the postures we have been doing for so long, but not really understanding.
