The centre offers a memorable culinary tourism experience with a tempting combination of food and wine, and sweeping views of vineyards and hills. The stunning building features benchmark environmental design, based on principles of sustainability, recycling and energy conservation. Within the Centre, visitors can sample Jacob’s Creek wines with a casual or structured wine tasting, learn about the regions history and heritage in the interpretive gallery or enjoy a lunch at Jacob’s Restaurant which offers contemporary Australian food matched to wine recommendations.
