We used our GPS to find Newgrange and unfortunately we were routed to the historic site not the visitor center. My groups have always felt rushed at Newgrange. This year it seemed even worse. This ancient archeological site is amazing and well worth a visit. It's well organized with comfortable buses making tfrequent trips between the two sites. Newgrange is a passage tomb constructed 5000 years ago and was at the heart of an advanced Bronze Age civilization in the Boyne valley. Very worth while. More
