Is a very well maintained garden to take a break from the oppressive heat and all the walking you do in and around pondy promenade area. Could near the birds in the park and was maintained very well.

Just visited at a glance as it was too sunny and we did not come out of our car. So was just roaming around and saw this statue of Gandhiji as well

this was a haunt for the beggars till the government gave it a look over. now it is filled with children playing under loving glances of parents. and tired souls getting some sleep on the shady benches. the trees of the park are especially lovely so if you are an artist or photographer, do pay a visit!

Its just adjudication to the beach , near by promonade beach and french colony, its good value to go there in evening to enjoy the evening with child

You can spend time with your family here after roaming to take good rest in this cool place. It is situated near temple, museum and library. After visiting the 2 floor museum, you can take rest here and continue with the site visit.

Its near to the Pondicherry Museum. Poorly maintained, littered everywhere. Lot of annoying beggars . I regretted going there.

Good place to take your kids . its basically a big park with lots of trees .Kids would enjoy the tree houses, swings, slides , and other activities . nothin special about it

Nice for a stroll and time to relax. Reasonably clean and well appointed. It's surely not a must in Pondicherry, but when you have some time to kill......
