Johnnie Fox's Pub is an amazing, comfortable and historical place. Located in the Dublin Mountains, the adventure starts on the bus, that you can get in the centre of the city. The PUB is one of the oldest in Dublin. The PUB is warm, comfortable and it has much old stuff. You can eat tasty food, drink many delicious beers... More

I went to Johnnie Fox's Pub with my friends and my teacher. It was a really good experience because the place has a lot of history. In fact, Johnnie Fox's is a very different pub, the best I have ever visited. In that place it is possible see old newspapers, objects, irish dancers and a lot of awesome things. Everything... More

I have been to Johnnie Fox's many times and recently I brought some German friends and they really loved the place. It is high up in Dublin mountains and there is a bus that goes there from the city. The prices can be expensive but do visit and have a couple of drinks. There is always a great atmosphere with... More

We stopped here one afternoon for a couple of pints after a visit to the Kilruddery House. The place is loaded with all sorts of interesting objects adorning the walls & even in the parking lot where there was a famine pot. It's rather rustic & definitely worth the visit! More

A great place to go to get away from the city while staying in Dublin, the surrounding landscape is a welcoming change. It seems far out but i fact is quite accessible. Buses go up regularly, which can be found on the website for Johnnie Fox's, also taxis are reasonable and the Luas can be taken part of the way,... More

I booked for 5 people for the Hooley menu/ show about 3 weeks before I went. It was an important night for me and my family and when pre-booking I've kindly asked to be given a nice table, close to the stage. With my great disappointment we're given the table at the far end of the room near to the... More
