The tour started with coffee growing, picking and bean processing. After that we all were given flashlights and went outdoor looking at plants and animal life in the rainforest. We ended the tour with samples of coffee. Informative and fun.

A fascinating afternoon with Victor, the owner, and Olman from the Hidden Canopy Treehouse Hotel. I drink a lot of the stuff but I knew nothing about the process. Olman explained the economics of small coffee farmers and giant coffee cartels.

We visited a family run coffee farm. The daughter translated everything her dad said. It was very informative and the coffee tasting was excellent. Probably the best coffee we've had in Costa Rica!
