Never been to a mining museum before. Very interesting and you get a lot of background on the island's history. However some of the exhibits particularly on the 1st floor would appeal more to geologists. The videps shown are good.

A great combination of old artefacts from the mining days, beautiful collection of rocks and mineral and extremely informative displays about the how the different minerals are used in our everyday lives.

A well organized look into the mining history of Milos. Very interesting.

This is a fine little museum that enhances your understanding of Milos both from the mining aspect and some of the life of the people who live on Milos. Be sure to watch the videos on the lower level.

We visited the Mining Museum not quite knowing what to expect. It turner out to be one of the best decisions we took durning our stay on Milos.
