Awesome redwoods, lots to do, may walking trails, beach as well nearby. A must see, like you are in a fairy tale!

Beautiful area, lots of great hiking trails and drives to see the Redwoods. There are BIG TREES here. The Smith River, which runs through the area is beautiful also.
Absolutely gorgeous! It was some of the most beautiful scenery I've seen. Easy trails so very family friendly (we traveled with a 7 and 4 year old). I would HIGHLY recommend it!
Hey, it's redwood trees and hiking trails. For the price, you can't go wrong. Worth the drive and time to visit.
This was our first time seeing the Redwoods and we spent the whole day just driving, walking, exploring, and being amazed by the beauty of God's creations. We could have easily spent multiple days, but we were just traveling through.
If you are new to California state parks, be aware that "hot showers" at least in this park, means you have to pay to use them. Very nice campsites, especially scenic on the river.
My first time to see the redwoods. It's really breathtaking. Take your time and soak in all of the beauty around you. My young kids loved it. Lots of easy short trails throughout the park to enjoy!
What a great way to see the redwoods. The road is narrow, but there are a lot of places to pull off and no one was going fast. I felt so small in the presence of all of those trees. Take your time and go on one of the many walking trails.
This is truly one of the most beautiful locations on earth! Lush, quiet, smells fresh and incredible are just a few words to get you interested.
We loved the Howland Hill Rd drive and had it pretty much to ourselves this time of year! A great start to our Northern CA road trip.
